Approach

Paul Tatler Music Therapy works within a psychodynamic framework, offering a holistic, person‑centred and music‑centred therapeutic approach. The service supports individuals to engage in expressive and musical communication through a wide range of instruments and creative processes. Therapeutic sessions may include improvisational music‑making, collaborative songwriting and vocal work. These methods are used intentionally to facilitate emotional expression, relational attunement and the development of communicative and regulatory capacities.

At the heart of Paul Tatler Music Therapy is a commitment to providing safe, responsive and musically rich environments where clients can explore, express and develop through sound, rhythm and creative interaction.
